Hamstrings, glutes, and middle-back activation support safe extension. Explore King Cobra, Full Bow, and side-bow variations, linking poses into controlled sequences while developing strength, alignment, and awareness.

Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest AND Inner Renewal with Jamie Tarasuk
